Since signing up with Knowle Smile Spa I cannot fault them in any way at all whether it has been for emergency treatment or planned visits. I can honestly state that had I experienced similar treatment (in every sense of the word) in my younger years I would have had no fear of the dentist and therefore would have enjoyed healthier teeth as a result. Full marks to Dr Paul Dheri and his team.

Dr Paul Dheri is the gentlest dentist I have ever visited. I am a nervous patient and had several broken teeth. Paul and his staff were so caring and kind in how they treated me and put me at ease. They have fixed my teeth and they have never felt better- all my pain and sensitivity has gone. All my family now see Dr Dheri and I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Started using Knowle Smile Spa on the recommendation of a neighbour. Excellent service. All the staff are extremely pleasant and efficient. Paul is the best dentist we have ever had. Was absolutely petrified of going to the dentist as I hadn’t been in a long time and when Paul told me I needed to have a tooth out you can imagine the fear that went through my head as I’d never had a tooth out before. My sister had recommended smilespa as she and her family go there and have always been very happy. Well all I will say is I really don’t know what I was worried about because I never felt a thing! It was over and done with so quickly I cried afterwards with relief! So overall a pleasant experience!

After stressing for the last 3 days about my dentist appointment, knowing I was having a filling on my front tooth. I now feel what a load of wasted stress that was! The guys here are always so nice and help you relax. I was in and out in less that 20 minutes. I was worried about how it would look being on my front tooth, but I wish I’d taken a before and after as my teeth now look better than pre-cavity! ??

A lovely welcoming environment with professional friendly staff put you at ease immediately. Initially quite a nervous dental patient, under the kind care of Dr Paul Dheri & his team going to the dentist is now a breeze. Finally having the confidence to address my bothersome crooked teeth, under the expert guidance of Dr Dheri, I opted for the invisalign system offered at Smile Spa. Receiving exceptional care throughout the process I am utterly thrilled with the results & now have a wonderful set of beautifully straight teeth! I literally can’t stop smiling!!! I had my Invisalign treatment done through knowle smile spa. I can say from my experience going there regularly that you can’t find a better dental surgery other than this one. Dr Paul Dheri and Dr Jas dheri are such amazing doctors they always put a big smile on your face lovely genuine people and the dental nurses Emma and Gemma are ever so lovely and the hygienist nurse and the receptionists all in all a wonderful staff and a lovely experience I have been recommending ever since my treatment was finished because I genuinely believe this dental surgery is by far the best. Paul is a very gifted dentist, he is a perfectionist and his team are a credit to the profession! I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment after 18 months and Paul’s attention to detail has yielded amazing results. I moved away from Knowle many years ago, but retained my connection with Knowle Smile Spa since the skills found here cannot be replicated. Should you be considering any form of dental treatment, you will not find a better practice and I wholeheartedly recommend a visit!

Paul is an extremely gifted dentist, he is a perfectionist and his entire team are a credit to the profession! I have just completed my Invisalign treatment after 18 months and Paul’s attention to detail has yielded amazing results. I can truly say I have received exceptional service from Smile Spa throughout my Invisalign and treatment. The course was much shorter than I expected and although initially I only wanted to have my top teeth straighten I am so glad I took the dentists advice and had the bottom straighten too as I can see such a huge difference. I have recently completed my Invisalign journey with Paul and the team and Smile Spa, Solihull. I had a fantastic experience, even throughout the pandemic. From the initial appointment with Gemma, through to the final touches of whitening and contouring the service was second to none and they go above and beyond for you. I am so happy with the results gained via invisilign. Its taken a while longer to get the end result with Covid, but Paul and his team couldn't have been more accommodating and supportive. My appointments were always on time and real time and care was taken at each one to ensure I was on track and getting on okay. I wanted my teeth straightening 10 years ago and kept putting it off, I could kick myself now looking back at old photos. Its been such a straightforward process and I LOVE the results. I have just come to the end of my dental implant treatment with Dr. Tom. I couldn't be happier with the result. I can smile now with confidence. I am usually a nervous patient but even though I had to have a sinus lift prior to my first implants Dr. Tom was very reassuring throughout all the procedures and the whole experience was not at all traumatic. I had such an amazing experience with Smile Spa! I was always self-conscious with the mottling on my front two teeth and didn't think anything could be done apart from invasive treatments which I did not want. However, Dr Dheri did the most incredible job with ICON treatment alongside teeth whitening, it did not affect the structure of my teeth but has given me an uniform coloured smile which I am so happy about :). Also, Kat was really helpful through the whole process answering all my questions via WhatsApp! I would definitely recommend :).

Paul and his team gave me a fantastic journey from start to finish. The customer service is impeccable and nothing ever seemed too much. Perfection! ? I’d wanted to get Invisalign for a long time and had contacted a few places and got the regular responses. But Dr Paul and the team were super quick, friendly and informative, and so I decided to go with them and I’m so glad I did! It has been an amazing experience - everyone is so nice and welcoming, it’s a beautiful, professional facility but with a family feel. Dr Paul is an expert perfectionist and this shows in his work. He is at the top of his game, yet he still goes the extra mile to ensure you get the outcome you want. I’m absolutely delighted with the results and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

After the successful fitting of a dental implant I just wanted to say a big thanks to Thomas and his team @ Knowle Smile Spa. From the first consultation to having the tooth fitted Thomas was thorough in his explanation of the procedure and answered any questions I had. The process went smoothly without any issues or pain ( maybe a little discomfort ) and the end result is better than I expected. The colour match is perfect and you wouldn’t know it’s an implant. I had a really good experience from start to finish using Invisalign at Smile Spa. I went to a few dentists initially for a consultation but I chose them, not only for the price but at the initial free consultation they scanned my teeth and showed me what the end result could be, which other providers didn’t do. All the staff there are very professional and so lovely. I was seen regularly and feel the provision/care I had was excellent. The only issue I had was that it wasn’t always possible to get an appointment when I was due another batch of aligners, which meant I had wear each one them for a day or two longer than hoped but it was fine, and my family and I are thrilled with the final result. I’ll miss going there but would highly recommend anyone to try Invisalign and get it done at Smile Spa!

A new dentist to me but it was a wonderful service. From start to finish every step was explained in detail and was a painless experience. My bottom teeth were a jumble of angles and height , they have been transformed into a straight non crowded perfect smile. The whitening (included in the price) completed the look. So pleased - wish I had had it done years ago.

I had chemotherapy a few years ago. Teeth suffered. Was sent here from their sister practice for implants. I was nervous and it did cost a bit BUT the result was well worth it. Amazing staff on reception and Dental nurse Kim were so lovely and made me feel at ease. The actual Dentist Tom. Knows his stuff. It’s been a long journey but SOOOOOOO worth it. Thank you to you all. I had been to a few dentist to find an Invisalign dentist I felt completely comfortable with. From the moment I walked into smile spa knowle I knew this was going to be the one I chose. The whole team there are so friendly and welcoming, I was at complete ease from the moment I walked in. I can’t recommend Paul and his team there enough, I was super embarrassed about my smile and now I can’t stop smiling, I was supported the whole way through my Invisalign treatment so much so I have now made them my actual dentist. Honestly don’t hesitate to use them, they are so knowledgeable and so welcoming! Thank you to Paul and his team you all do an amazing job!!!

I have been going to see Dr Paul Dheri probably for almost 20 years now and I would not see any other dentist! If you’re nervous and looking for a professional who will take care of you and won’t hurt you - look no further. The staff are also lovely and as accommodating as possible. Rachel the hygienist is brilliant and literally emits sunbeams and has you at ease as soon as you walk in. Plans to do some cosmetic stuff as well and would not let anyone else near my face except my dentist. They are also amazing with my two boys.

I've had excellent service from the team at Knowle Smile Spa. Prior to becoming a patient at this dental surgery I experienced high levels of anxiety around dental care. This was due to a dental procedure I underwent in childhood that went wrong and required a trip to A&E. Recently I have had a implant put in and felt comfortable and supported throughout my treatment. Thanks to the excellent patient care, I no longer experience any anxiety about my visits. I today completed my dental implant treatment carried out by Dr Thomas Wilmsen, and I am delighted with the result. I was very apprehensive when I went for my first consultation, but Thomas explained the whole procedure and assured me that it would be fine. I decided to trust him to take care of me, as he is my regular dentist, and he has always looked after me well. He definitely has done that throughout this treatment. At every appointment he reassured me that everything was going really well, and that I was doing fine. I would like to say a big "thank you" to Thomas, and the dental nurses, (sorry I dont know your names), who have been so kind looking after me during the treatment, also reception staff who were friendly and reassuring! If anyone is considering implant work and feeling nervous I would highly recommend Dr Thomas and the team, and say have it done..its worth it! Thank you all so much. Norma.

There are no words to describe how I feel when I have to visit my dentist.(Nothing personal Tom ????) I’ve had a life long fear. When my tooth broke and I went to the dentist I was given a few options, I chose a bridge which included a new tooth and crowns. My dentist Thomas and his assistant Kim talked me through the whole process. I was feeling anxious, but knew I was in good hands. Today after a few visits I walked out with my new bridge and a big smile, I feel relieved, thankful and happy. Thank you Tom and Kim and all staff at Knowle Smile Spa for being so very patient, considerate, thoughtful, informative kind and so much more ???????????????????? What a team ???? You certainly made me feel safe, relaxed and well looked after ????

All staff at Knowle Smile Spa are very welcoming and friendly. This starts from the reception staff Kim and Mary to the dentist Amit and hygienist Rachel. The dental Nurses are also very friendly and supportive during treatments Emma, Katie, Evette, Charn and Catherine. Such a lovely practice to attend and have never had any issues with treatment or appointments would highly recommend.
