  • To compliment our dental spas, we have two hygienists, Sandra Walker and Clare Taylor. Hygienists can help prevent gum disease and tooth decay, the two major causes of tooth loss. Symptoms of gum disease include bleeding gums on gentle brushing and bad breath.
  • Hygienists are professionally qualified to help control plaque levels by regularly removing any deposits using a cavitron system, fine hand instrumentation and a non invasive polishing varnish.
  • Teeth are then polished to a high gloss finish with both a diamond polishing paste and diamond polishing strips.This helps to restore the lustre of teeth while polishing teeth makes them feel smooth, shiny and plaque free.
  • After your treatment , your teeth should feel squeaky clean and look brighter, giving you a much more confident smile and fresher breath.
  • Hygienists also teach you oral hygiene to allow you to maintain your teeth daily, manage sensitive teeth and help remove bad breath.
